Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen delivered the central bank's semiannual monetary policy report. This was her second day on the Hill. She said she'd like to see a three percent growth rate for the U.S. but stressed that it could be quite challenging to achieve over the next five year period. Her response was to Senator Bob Corker's (R-TN) questions regarding the president's tax policy agenda and efforts to increase the economic growth rate. She testified previously before the House Financial Services Committee.
